Rail Camp 2024 |

The Northeastern Ohio Live Steamers will be offering one Railroad Camp this summer. Campers will have opportunities to experience track and switch construction, track installation, and learning safe operation of electric, diesel and steam locomotives. Learning during the week will be culminated on Friday when operation with train orders in opposing directions will take place. After 3:00 on Friday campers can invite their families to attend where campers can give train rides to their relatives. Participants are to provide their own bag lunches and transportation to and from the Lester Rail Trail track site.
Dates: June 5, 6, 7 (Wed-Fri) Times: 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Location: Club Station at Lester Rail Trail Donation: $45 per camper to defray program costs Camps Max Size: 16 campers Ages of participants: Girls and Boys 10-14 years old Registration will be open April 1 for Medina residents and May 1 for all others.
